Minsheng Garments started in 2012 with eleven sewing machines and one buyer. Fourteen years later we run our own line and produce for labels across Europe, North America and Australia.
We stayed in manufacturing because that is where the product actually gets decided — the yarn, the tension on the flat-lock, the twenty grams of waistband elastic that separate a pair you keep from a pair you throw away.
“Quality first, customer second” is not a slogan we invented for the website. In a factory it means the product is finished before the invoice is discussed — and that is the only order we know how to work in.

MINSHENG has been making men’s underwear in Qingdao since 2012. We started as a factory for other people’s labels and kept the part that matters: a pattern room that will not release a cut until it survives a full day of real wear.
Today the same line runs under our own name — same machines, same fabric mill, same thread count. Breathable knits, ergonomic support and seams that stay flat, made to keep you comfortable from the first coffee to the last train.

Four things we refuse to cut.
01 / Fabric
Yarn we can name
Combed cotton, Tencel™ modal and a 40-gauge ice-silk knit, all OEKO-TEX® certified and traceable to the mill. No blends we cannot explain.
02 / Waistband
Soft-touch Jacquard
Woven on a soft-touch Jacquard loom so the logo does not scratch, with a silicone grip that holds without pinching after a wash cycle.
03 / Stitch
Flat-lock, eight per inch
Eight stitches per inch on every flat-lock seam. It costs more thread and twice the time, and it is the reason nothing rubs.
04 / Fit
A pattern room, not a guess
Three fit blocks (EU, US, Asia) cut on real body scans, each wear-tested for 30 days before it is allowed into production.
