Retail orders leave our Qingdao workshop within 48 hours. Private-label runs take 15–20 days from artwork approval.

Shipping

DHL / FedEx express to the EU, UK and US in 5–9 business days. Every parcel ships in plain, unbranded packaging.

Returns

Unworn items with tags intact can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened underwear cannot be resold — contact us and we will find a fair solution.
